Looking for Some Colson Experts

Can anyone with some Colson knowledge tell me if this rack looks like it could possibly be Colson?

I don't if this helps at all, but here is a shot of where it attaches to the seat post.

It could be, on a lower end model, but I'm pretty sure it's aftermarket. I've seen it factory on mid level 50s Monarks, like Rockets and Airman/Tru Sport and other store brands. -Adam
