M for ?????

I posted this in Fresh Finds but thought I would put it here too seeing as I have no idea what it is. The decal on the head tube is hard to read and there is a M on the tank. Murray? Montgomery Ward? Monark? Anybody know what I have here?

Looks like some Monarch shaped features to me. Look at the chainguard. I see some of thier design lines. ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The truss rods look like Murray but I don't know about the rest
