Born, raised and living in it! Far from being perfect due to our politicians' neglect, corruption and socioeconomic decline I still wouldn't trade it for the world! I just think of it as a sweet ratrod with beautiful patina, rough and full of character! ;-)
Here are some photos from last Sunday and Monday's cloudy morning rides. Hope you enjoy them.
Day 1: Sunday
Off to Roxas Boulevard at 5:30am. With my god daughter and wife at the back.
Caught up with the Baywalk Beach Cruisers for some chitchat.
After the ride we grabbed some Ramen and Beer for lunch.
My buddy/band mate with his crazy arch frame klunker I help him build
Day 2: Monday
Me zooming past the orchidarium.
The warrior king Lapu-Lapu majestically looking over the national museum.
Entering the walled city of Intramuros. That's the watch tower of city hall who's skyline is slowly being ruined by high-rise condos
Chinese lion sentinels guarding the entrance of a Catholic church
Some damaged trees and broken branches from last weeks typhoon.
Rizal Park
Roxas Boulevard and Manila Bay on the right.
Grabbing some refreshments and taking a break.
Cultural Center of the Philippines complex.
Til next time ;-)
