Stripped the fork and frame this morning getting it ready to go Street Rod style powder coat light rims maybe 2spd kick back hub . Going to have the great guys at Heritage Bicycles do the powder in a sea foam green color like Gregv did . Used aircraft stripper worked well.

Do you know any history on these Manton and Smith bikes?
I have a frame that is supposed to be a M&S, but I can't find much about them.

Here is the one I have. I only have the frame. It has the curved second tube like yours.

Did some dent filling in the chainstays and picked a powdercoat color RAL 7003 moss grey. Tried Tig Braising on the dents with silfloss as the filler
seemed to work pretty good and no messy flux to slobber on.

3G customer service...I emailed asking dropout width as it is not specked on our site or theirs
I got a reply in 15 min from Gary Silva himself from his smart phone! Very cool tech dept. :D

Skipton dropped by with a frame fix job on his Monark frame and to pick up the M& S to bring to the powder coater/ Heritage Bicycles in the city.
While he was here I powder coated my seat frame in anticipation of the new seat from Crankset Leathers...it's already done and will go out in the mail Mon.
If only I had remembered to give Skipton my fork!

The seat was packeged for a 30 ft drop test :D I got in on the sale but won't have a problem at fll price for further builds. Thanks again Chris. Oh and I forgot when i opened the box I had this nostalgic feeling...it was memorys of childhood visits to he shoe repair shop thanks for that new leather smell!

Powder coated some things this morning one was this handle bar cross brace from China $6.95 free shipping! when it came in about a week it was pretty crude
silver anodized with burrs on every hole and edge smoothed it all and sand blasted it then gave it the matt black powder coat. I decided to go a chrome riser bar
instead of the black glossy bar.

In the package! She's acuity girl Dan's a small town boy.she wanted to make sure he didn't get duped into some weird drug drop!

OG,
Good eyes I was wondering who would be the first to notice the haircut sign.

Stole this pic from Heritage Bicycles Instagram.

I had to get to work no haircut for me.
Also look at the progress on the wall sign
The guy got it all done on Sunday.

How it looked Monday morning
