Well that is a 27 inch frame with 22 inch wheels and guards.
When riding, I accually look under the grips, the mirrors are eye level..

After a CLOSER look I can tell by the fork (duh). And I forgot to mention. That is one WICKED looking bike! 8)

not shoor matey ... like it says i built the bike 5-6 years ago so prob built 200 bikes sins then !
but if i took a guess it wood be off a 'cyclops' late 70's model ...(aussie brand)
