Ya guys are crackin me up...
Ok so have decided to go with old bmx frame,20".
with 20" rims.
Cant use the 18" as need tires.And we are not alowed to purchase from outside of Greece...
Will see if I can get the stem out.
At this point I think I am just going to weld bits onto the frame(webbing).
No cutting...
Still in thinking mode.
