Anyway, I think I'll go ahead and give it a shot. I may not finish, but you didn't really think I would actually sit this out did you?

Anyway, starting with this 24" Higgins.

I'll strip and repaint, change the fork and bars, and either replace or re "vamp" the seat. Maybe a couple other things.....

It'll take time, progress will be slow, but stick around....
