I agree with Luke, a filler may look 'hokey'. However, that space right under the 'king' seat may fit a battery box for lighting or a water bottle turned perpendicular to the frame?

Installed a Schwinn shifter on Poke Choppa and went for a ride. Still need to shorten up the cabling, but the gearing was great.

It has 24x3 Fatti-Os on it now. I think you can run fat 26" wheels on these frames, but not with the fender.
