I have heard about this event in the past and wanted to attend, but always missed it. @OzBroz gave me a reminder this year!

I bought the seat I used on my '50Years' build from Saintside a few years back and I know @kelvin hahnel and @Paper Puncher have both bought from there too, they seem like nice guys, maybe geared a bit more towards the lowrider scene, but accepting of our style of bike too...

Be great to have a few RRB members there and representing!

Yep, I will see how I go in getting there as may have something else on that weekend. If I go I will be only taking two of the bikes as you said there will be an overload of lowrider/dragsters, so will take the big black bike and original Northern Star dragster (purchases from Saint Side probably account for about 85% of the parts of the rebuild).

Half thinking about building a ratty lowrider to take down, because building two bikes for the ORBO and finishing off my wifes bike was not enough...

Threw some parts together and I think there is a build in there somewhere:

Have to relace that double rim 20" to a coaster hub and make up a matching double rim 12" for the front, weld in a top tube to make it a boys bike, rake the headtube a little more, I have some ideas for a steering wheel, maybe a skate board banana seat? Paint the whole lot satin black...

Only realised today that this event falls on a Sunday, I won't be able to make it before the 2pm cut off for bike entries...

I didn't end up getting there due to another event that I had on but from all reports they had a good day with over 100 bikes there with great weather. They were quite a few 'lowriders' as to be expected, any way here are a few pictures that I stole from the Saintside and Twisted Customs Lowrider facebook pages to give you an idea of some of the bikes.
