mens higgins tank and frame

Hello came home with this tonite not sure of the year. The fender and chainguard came off womens higgins bike that i have for sale in forum. Not to sure about the crank it was off the womens bike but doesent look higgins to me? Any interest or input would be good. Thanks

Could be anywhere from 1947-57, similar to the black one commonly called the "header" bike for it's exhaust pipe decals on the tank. I believe that chainring is Dayton/Huffman. -Adam
