I'm 6' 3", if you are going for comfort! You are going to need move those cranks way out.
I'm thinking using the back half of your frame and add another on the front.

A bit more progress finally... The seat model/mold was placed on the frame to make sure I was good with the design before going any further.
The foam model was then carefully sanded to smooth it all out a bit and round sharp corners near the top. Since Polyester Resin will eat or dissolve the foam, I spray glued the foam and tightly wrapped it with a this garbage bag to protect the core. Then 4 layers of 10oz fiberglass cloth were laid up over the core. The untrimmed result is this:
This was completed last night. Next, all high spots will be ground down and the surface smoothed, blended, and shaped to it's final form then will be finished in a special mold primer which after sanding and buffing will create a slick mold surface.
