The forces are much too great for epoxy. Just 15 psi in the tubes pulled the rims apart.

Don't know what I'm doing, gonna do it anyway.
I think when Luke did his he riveted them together.
On my attempt, I wanted a belt drive between the tires. So I welded steel between the rims to act as a pulley.
That's my next plan, rivets or nuts/bolts using supports with 3 rims. Heavy but bulletproof.
