I have been building BMX bikes for a while now, and I making the move over. So this is all new to me... I recently was jumpin around on CL and found this bike. What is it and what do you all think it is worth and is it a good start?

looks like an early 60s schwinn, might have BFD (bent forks disease). if the fork was straight and its just a single speed im guessing around $100 ballpark. kind of hard to tell from that small of a pic though, cant really "see" the bike.
