Does anyone have a source for decent 26x1.75 tires? My LBS can get some, but they are more round to me than I like. I guess more like a wide road bike tire. I want something like a narrower version of a balloon tire, something with more of a squared/flat tread area.

My Cosmic Flyer has the original Davis Deluxe 26 x 1.75 whitewalls on it, which have, for a lack of a better term, shoulders to them. It's like comparing the shape of a car tire to a motorcycle tire, where the contact path on the MC tire is the center of the tread, but the car tire's contact patch is the full width of the tread. I have some 23 x 1.75 Kenda's on my Murray Skybolt, but they are more round, like the MC tire, where the Old Davis tires have a shape more like a car tire, with a flat tread area.
