Misplaced parts

It's been a week. Any update on the MIA 2 spd cable, CCR?

Still MIA but hope is not lost Pudge, I'm still coming up with at least 2 or 3 more places to look everyday though it feels like I've searched everywhere.

Dont give up....My 3yr old was kind enough to relocate the crank arm on a 36 Colson tandem I was re-doing. Wouldn't have been too big of a deal but the crankset was unique to the colson with a triangular taper where it mounts to the bb spindle. Took a couple of weeks to find it, could have been anywhere, even the trash (or the dumps) but fortunately it was in my box of small scrap metal to be re-cycled and I found it by chance.

My dad tore down a wall in the house to make a bedroom into a living room, during the process he lost all of his nail sets. Years later he was under the house and saw something sticking up out of the mud. It was a rusty nail set, on top of a rusty nail set, on top of a rusty nail set... He looked up and saw a hole he had patched where electricity had been up into the wall he took down. A reenactment of years and years and years earlier let to the conclusion that as I as a toddler was "helping" I had dropped all his nail sets down the hole in the floor.
