I haven't started it yet, gonna wait til I finish my mbbo project. I've been trying really hard to only work on one project at a time.

I'll make sure to post progress pics when I start on it.

heres a few from my collection.

Love the '67 GTO. My aunt actually won a new '67 Lemans in a newspaper subscriptions contest BITD!
Same color 2 dr - only had that OHC 6 cyl and 3 on a tree in it tho. Beautiful car just the same.

I used to have enough spare parts to fill a steamer trunk. And built several models more than once;33 Willys- Malcolm mustang Gasser etc. Bought the s'cool bus to use the mills in other cars. All that's left now is 68 Malibu on gliddens pro stock chassis. And half a tube of the old glue....

Now that I'm done with my mbbo bike, I should probably get started on my van. I did get some paint and glue the other day.

Did you ever finish the van?

Here's mine, it's a Amt kit
No, I was just thinking yesterday I should get started on it. I'm on lay off again this week, so maybe I'll dig it out.

Yours looks great.

Ok, so shortly after posting earlier a strong wind gust came through. It took down a tree, and with it the power lines. No-one hurt, but the tree landed on the bed of a neighbors truck.

I figure the powers out, and I'm off work; so....

This is just the start, I decided to go with fauxtina. Give it that ratty old farm fresh look.

A friend just stopped by yesterday and said the same thing, he ended up at hobby lobby realizing it would be $100 to get started back into model cars. He said his first car was $50 and no way he was paying $25 for model! :D I got the ones for 99 cents on sale usually as a kid....I about crapped when I paid $1.79 for one of their little bottles of paint the other day.....sheesh. Good luck on your van!

I mostly build weathered models. Can't wait to see the finished product

That's great, I'm hoping for the best on mine. Never done fauxtina on model.
