modern wide rear bike frame ?

I picked up this bike project from a storage locker sale. It is a modern cruiser frame, that looks to be aluminum. The rear wheel well is extra wide, able to easily handle a 26", 3"+ inch wide tire. I could use another one for another project, but would like to know what make/model to ask for. Any input?

Could be anything since you live in California, land of cheap beach cruisers. Post a picture of the whole frame.

can't really base any thing off just the rear end. but i would just guess maybe an older 3g bike. kustom kruiser, and other high end cruisers have curved bars in the rear for a fender to bolt to. 3g bikes dont have fenders.
