Monarch style springer for a fatter tire?

I originally had a monarch style aftermarket Springer on my red Baron, but it would not clear the 26 inch by 3 inch tires I was using. Does anyone know if somebody makes one that will?

unfortunately the only flying machine bikes I see on the web looks to be a road bike company and is in Australia...
