Monark Step-Through frame. year, model, value?

I found this in the scrap a while ago. Its a 26 inch, Has truss rod mounts, And has 22 inch wide cruiser bars.
The tag on the bottom of the cranks says:

Model Number: T3310
Serial Number: A1079705
Order replacement parts by mail or through any retail store.

The chainguard was in the scrap too, It might be from this bike but there arent holes in the frame to mount it.

1952 by the serial #. That guard was used on the junior lines, like the Rocket. I haven't heard of a Jet Streak model, but there are always new discoveries! -Adam

I did more research on the chainguard. its from a bike brand called stelber.
