hey check this build of the mongoose beast fat tire bike. powder coated in mardi gras colors and sporting a 4500 watt electric hub motor.. ive got a few videos of other fatbike builds aswell check em out and tell me what you think.

Thanks for the video Fat, these things RIP. Awesome trail you were on. Do you need a license to drive then on the road ? could you post more info on the motor and batteries

Local and state laws apply in certain areas, but as long as you dont go on streets over 35 mph. They consider it still a bike. Batteries are limno 10ah electric rider brand 36 volts. Running in series. Set controller to only run 8 amps. On the street but on offroad its limitless.the motor is a 5305r crystalyte from a 7240 kit from electric rider. Sydnis pink pugsley is same setup with stock controller. The mongoose has a lyen 18 fet overclocked .controlle controller. I rrcommend if you want speed go with the lyen controller and program it.
