montgomery ward skiptooth

Ive been doing some work for an older lady and she has this montgomery wards skiptooth sitting in her flower bed. she tells me its a lawn ornament because the guy that fixes bikes in the next town over said it would cost to much to get rideable. She said she didnt want to sell right now but if she decides to she would give me a call. The only things missing are the grips, light and chain guard, she has the tank and a front basket for it in her garage.
