I liked two models, the classic and the café racer, and I wound up ordering the classic to get the fenders and the rack, but they were kind enough to ship it with the café bars.
On taking delivery I set out to add my own touch since I wasn't allowed to "build" something:
First, I switched the front Fender for the back:
Next, I bobbed the back fender and used it for the front:
Then I trimmed and drilled the chain-guard:
I decided to do away with the stock grips, and I did a wrap- I though it would fit the overall aesthetic better.
And after using a vintage Brooks saddle the end result:
