They are kind of a semi-slick tread pattern. I really like them.Score!!! Those Bontragers would go in my stash in a heartbeat
My wife is giving up her lock so they will be able to lock it. The ID idea is great. I'll pass it on.It looks unused, like a new bike. A big basket would be a good addition. It'll need a lock. On the bikes I give away or sell, I write the owners name and number on a piece of paper, roll it up in a plastic bag and slide it down in the seatpost. I leave just a small bit of the bag hanging out so it can be accessed by reaching under the seat.
I think that's a Hard Rock model...but I'm not a Spesh fan, so I might be incorrectWas given this Specialized Rock Hopper Comp. I'm going to see if my grandson can use it around campus when he starts attending Purdue next year.

Paper guy picked it up, tossed out. It had a $50 sign on it then I guess they gave up and put it to the curb. The rear derailleur needs a little adjustment. It's a darned good bike. That wasn't a garbage day eve find, was it? Fairly decent shape, that Judy shock is nicer than what's on my Hardrock
