Slick Willie was running against George H. W. Shrub, dot matrix printers were still high tech, and people were outraged that gas now cost over a dollar a gallon. The year was 1992 and this bike rolled off the assembly line in Lawrenceburg, TN looking just like it does today. Normally, I don't buy such bikes due to their reputation and they can be hard to resell. This one, though, was too nice to pass up. It looks like it was shabbily assembled by the stock boy at the local K-Mart and then never ridden after it's new owner brought it home. I repacked all the bearings, trued the wheels, adjusted everything, and it's better than new.
