Muscle bike parts parking brake screamer?

Here is some parts I ran across. Dual rear brake and one cable for the parking brake on maybe a screamer and I think a screamer springer. Any input would be great. Cool old sears linear tread white wall front tire. Bars are off a runabout. Thanks for looking

Super small pic, but the springer is either off a Sears Screamer or Murray Eliminator, from what I can tell.

The forks look to be for a 24 inch bike. They can be used with a 20 x 16 bike too. A screamer fork tube is about 9 or 10 inches long. The handlebars are for a Columbia bike. They pop up quite often on ebay for all different prices. The Sears Liner tread tire is a good score too. I think it is a 20 x 1 3/8 tire. Nice score on all the stuff.
