My 1930s Westfield/Pope build

I thought I would start a thread for my first build...

Here is my swap meet find. The best info I could come up with is it's a 1930 Westfield/Pope Motobike. Since It's not all original I thought I would do a mild rat on it.

Nice bike to start with. I like those truss rods coming together at the top to one point and the bracing back to the fork. Interested to see what you come up with.

I previously posted that I liked the fork-truss rod design, as I had not seen that style before. But now a few days later I see someone else on here has one like it as well. They have id'ed theirs as an IverJohnson. A few similarities between the two. But I don't know that much about either IverJohnson or Westfield, so maybe this helps but maybe not. Anyway still a cool lookin bike and hope to see what you come up with soon. Here is a link to the IverJohnson
