Shot a few pics today. Here is my finished '67 Ramshorn Fastback. Took me all spring and summer to find all the parts and clean up. Rides pretty nice I think. I'm gonna take it on the Hartford ride next weekend.

I am glad you went with silver tape :)

Uhhggg...the silver tape. I spent so much on silver tape because I screwed up. Got the first NOS roll and cut it in half, then found that each half was too short. Had to then go buy 2 more rolls (one for each side). And that silver is expensive!

It does look good though! I just have to find a pair of silver lever covers.

And thanks Dragster.

well it does look great!
do you still have the blue one also?

Yeah, I have the Blue one too. It is still in pieces, but I have most all the parts. Could use a few new chrome bits, but I think it will be ok as is. Stay tuned in the next few weeks. It might be for sale.

Thanks. I think the wheels are yours. I bought 2 sets (the other set is for my blue one) and these were the better pair.

Dan I have to say that those were one of my favorite Schwinns, as a kid I had the exact bike .
I always keep my eye open for a clean set of those bars but I dont seem to find many up
here in the hills . Nice job on the resto :!: ....bar tape....wasted a lot of that too when I was
learning to retape 'cept it wasn't quite so pricey back then.
