A couple of years ago, I scored one of the Trek CNC Rails in the Cruisers book.

I ended up building that one out as Holeshot for BO13. Earlier this year I broke it down and raffled off the frame and later the Schwinn Spoiler forks.

Right after I got that first Rail and realized it was one of the twins in the book, I asked the seller if he had the 2nd one. He didn't, but his ex-wife still had it. He actually put me in contact with her, and I've touched base with her a few times, but her price was too high for me. Well a week or so ago, she contacted me telling me she was moving and asked me to make an offer. I did and received the bike today.

My plans were always to flip this bike. I wanted to keep the pedals and eyeball valve caps, and I felt like the bike would sell better with regular tires on it. So I changed out the pedals and tires and then posted up the bike in @BillyZ 's random drawings page.

Here is the raffle for only $25 per spot:

So how does the raffle work? I'd assume PayPal or something, but I don't Facebook

You have to call the numbers on the FB page, then once all of the numbers have filled, then I request payment via paypal. Then there is a live drawing on the FB group.

ONLY 6 SPOTS LEFT IN THE RAFFLE!!!

SOLD

Trek made a few hundred. Quite expensive so they didn't sell well.

photo of mine with the original tires. 2" Bontrager slicks with red lines on the side walls.
