This is the first bike I bought. I bought it new in 1973 and have made many different changes to it in those years.

My road bike. I always like to up grade wheels and brakes and bars. I guess I just can't leave anything alone.

I bought this beauty from a co-worker 25 years ago. I bought it to ride around with my kids as they were learning to ride. I upgraded to a 3 speed about 5 years ago and my wife bought me the springer fork for it.

This was my first attempt at a gender change after seeing it done on this site. This was my daughter's Varsity. It is the first bike I did any cutting and welding on. I wanted to lengthen it out a bit. I made the mistake of giving it to much rake. I will cut on it again at a later date.

This was my second attempt at a sex change. The junk man saw me working on the first bike and brought me this Murry woman's beach cruiser. It seemed like a perfectly good bike other than the seat was missing.

I bought this Huffy frame on Craig's List a while back just because I was jonesin for a bike to build. I haven't decided how to finish it yet so it still feels undone to me. I want make a springer fork for it but haven't decided on what style yet.

My bikes are like life. They start out simple but then as I add more stuff to them they become more complex and cluttered.

Oh, well. Tiny picture. :?

The top bar on the Murry was a straight pipe I gently bent to give it some curve. The bottom bar was actually the top down tube from the Varsity sex change. I just flipped it over and around and it looks great there.

The white one needs to stay the way it is. Bikes are cheap, build another one, or send it to me.

the white one looks kinda hot rodish i really love the stance on it put some apes on it and call it a day

The white one looks good but is hard to ride. The front end wants to flop to one side or the other because of to much rake. The handle bars are so low that your knees almost hit your chest and it is almost hard to breath. I have thought about going with apes to fix. I might give it a try. Thanks for the comments.
