And the 62 Chev PU (my first vehicle was a 61 Chev PU)
I like the Diorama you've got them in
Thanks for sharing

Glad you guys like them :D The cars are pictured in my diorama. It's just a piece of sandpaper with a pic I found on a model railroad site

Peatbog: That's actually the "glass" It's not set properly in the casting for some reason

Mr.Kool: Awesome trucks! :D I really like the '62 Chevy 8)

Here's a Dodge Lil' Red Express I finished up  I did a wheel swap, chromed the stacks, and detailed the front grill 8)

Nice work! What technique do you use for "rusting"? I build and modify die cast cars too but mostly 1:18 scale.

Outskirts, I really don't rust them  First I scratch the body up until metal shows in spots. Then I sloppily paint brown and black acrylic paint on it and rub it around with a paper towel. That's about it

The holes are done by using my Dremel 8)

Thanks, I normally find ones at yard sales that are missing a wheel or have damage so I buy them for Junkers, do a little bending with plairs and sand spots with sandpaper. The NASCAR broke when I trysts to straighten it and I kinda liked the look.
