1951 Straight bar with reverse scallop paint job and 144 spoke wheels and converted to 10 speed using a drive train from 1970's Varsity

1980 Spitfire 5 which will be sold later today without the wheels and rear basket/rack to fund a 1962 Schwinn tiger project.

Fitting the ten speed front crank set and front mech with that nice chain guard must have required some patients. Most would give up and leave off the chain guard.

@bender, Yeah it looks like it took some real work but, it was as simple as removing the chainguard ring from the Varsity chainring then it just goes on as any regular chainring with plenty of clearance.
