I bought my first rod brake bike today, this Raleigh. I will need a replacement of or one of the 28" rims.

Thats what I needed when Iived on the Gulf. Cables would rust and seize within a month.
 
If you are replacing the wheel make sure it's a rod brake rim no other kind of rim will work.
