my wife had this schwinn as her first bike back in the day and her parents had stored it for the longest time. i took it apart and repainted it for my daughter and was amazed that all of the parts from the bearings on up still had "schwinn" stamped on them. my daughter wanted it to be blue with stripes and it needed to be bike with "hot rod style" so i dove in and this is what i came up with. nothing too custom... just some clean up and paint.
