Cool seat. I was watching that one but it went out of my price range. I don't know what the box was originally used for but it would be a great place to hide a battery pack to power a taillight. Are you going to recover the seat? I recovered one similar to it. Here are before and after pics.

I should have taken photos of the process but didn't think of it until too late.
