been looking for one of these for years
sweet 73 Varsity in the tall frame to fit my 6'5 body
no rust and great decals yet
I always find the smaller ones gonna clean this one up and ride baby ride!
I might convert it to a "tourist with bars levers and green glitter grips off a 68 Collegiate I have and a wide brooks saddle!
$19.95 thrift store find!

I agree that some tourist bars are in order. Nice find and looking forward to the transition. Have you ever though of a single speed for such a bike?

That makes sense especially since I just towed the kids in the trailer behind a SS and did not feel quite so frisky.

The Varsity's are nice bikes and deserve more credit/collectibility than they get.

Derek (on this site) has a red one, hes 6'1 and can barely keep feet on ground its a big ole thing.. His is a peice though, urs is nice.

Oh yeah Hooch....lookin' sweet now.

Can't wait to see the pics with the chrome all detailed out.

Wow...yeah, comin' right along.

The white walls will look awesome.

You just need to find an old vintage Brooks saddle like the one on my Typhoon to top her off.
