i got this frame from biss-ness in some old fashion horse trading with the intent of building a different menacing looking lowrider but than i saw a movie on gassers and started thinking than i came on here and saw the gasser thread, and than my wife came home with a rat fink MR. Gasser shirt and it was decided Gasser style. So i took apart my kids old harley bike I need the clearance the rear a lil bit to fit the tire. But i'm thinking 16" front tire with the springer and maybe i'll finally get around to building the wheelie bar. But here it is slightly mocked "Mr Gasser"

got some more mocking done I have to cut the head tube a bit but here's basicly how it will sit need to get the not wanting to come out seat post out (spins in the tube real easy just dosn't want to come out so i'll heat it up and hope for the best) once that's out i'll start on the wheelie bar.

I really like the looks of that! Any idea what make the frame is?

If you don't plan on saving the seat post, you can avoid using heat ( if you're worried about paint damage, warping, etc) by clamping the seat post in a well secured vice so that the frame is upside down, and spin the frame around the post. This has worked very well for me everytime I tried it, I've always been too afraid to use heat with the older frames with braze. Of course, you really can't do this and save the psot because it is usually flattened by the time you've got it clamped tight enough. Also be sure that the seat post is structurally sound and won't snap off inside the frame if this is attempted... I've come VERY close to making that mistake.

I had a bout with a frame like that. You may find that seat post is abou 18 inches long. You really got to get some PB blast in that down tube to get it to budge. JB

the head badge says Otasco flying-o the frame is very similar to my sons ross apollo which is all basically a copy of a Raleigh chopper

well i slotted the thankfully large rear drop outs and there's plenty of room. I need to cut the head tube done a bit but was out of cutting wheels. So maybe tomorrow i'll get that and the seat post done. I'm eager to finish this cause i havn't built a muscle bike in so loooong. The paint may be a problem due to the whole winter thing but i'm trying to work that out. I'll keep ya'll posted

A Slide Hammer with a hooked end might pop that seat post out.

...or,if ya decide to clamp it in a vice, stick something in the tube to keep it from crushing.

well haven't gotten much pic post able progress done. I cut down the head tube to find out that it was double walled inside the head tube. So i hand filed that down (have a lil more to go buying a new stone for the dremel tomorrow hand filing got boring) The rear stays are cleaned up and the seat post is out. hopefully it will be painted in the next few days. I got my son to donate his old skate board (well had to buy him a new one) so i have the wheels and trucks for the wheelie bar. Just need a couple of sissy bars to get that going. I think i may buy the 42" sissy bar from bikeworldusa.com nice tall bar is required for this. Well i'll keep ya'll posted
