A couple months ago, I picked up an OP Wal-Mart bike second hand. The bike has an oversized aluminum frame, with a unique cantilever design. I could kinda picture how I wanted to build it....fat tires, low seat, narrow bars....kind of a messenger bike on steroids!
I mounted my CST Cyclops 26x2.30 street tires on a set of alloy cruiser rims with a Shimano Nexus coaster brake 3-speed hub. It really turned out well and rides like a dream.
I loaded the bike on the back of the Suburban, just in case i had the opportunity to take a ride while in Myrtle Beach. I got the opportunity to ride this afternoon, and snapped these shots....
Turned out kinda cool, for a bolt-together, 1-hour build!
