So, the wife and I were out bombing around (heading to the weekly Concert in the Park in downtown Sacramento) and stopped to get air in another friend's bike tire. I look over and watched her pretty much black out and fall right over. No worries, she had a somewhat bruised ego, her jeans got a little dirty, and she banged up her leg...but is doing better now. Bad thing...she fell right over the top of her bike, and knocked the shizzle out of it and mine, lol. her brand new chrome fenders got all jacked up, and my black ones got pretty scratched as well...being that I was thinking about yanking the fenders off my Cranbrook anyways, I donated them to her cause, and this is whT I came up with...

Now she has the only cruiser in Elk Grove with a custom upholstered set of fenders!

Thanks man! The other alternative was to have a sign shop make me some vinyl patterns and then shoot it, but I thought this was a way more unique way to go...only problem is that now all three of my daughters are barking up my tree for me to do their bikes now!

Re: My wife's

Looks like you're in the fender or bike upholstery business now! LOL. Maybe some tweed, plaid or flannel?? I'm sure you can make all their bikes crazy cool.
