I think the price is fine...the only real 'quality' part on there is the anniversary Redline bars, and they had chrome plating issues and were sold for big discounts. The power disk...maybe/maybe not... depends on if original or clone, and condition.

A set of decent forks and removal of the Cranbrook stickers would make a big difference...the bike looks good in the pic.
