umm chain guard tabs and a kick stand plate spell low end.

Thanks for your responses! I kinda thought it was low end considering that it isn't stamped or anything. I do like the look of the frame though.

I think it's a huffy frame fairly recent...it looks like one I saw at my local mom and pop bike salvage store.

There are several different department store Mongoose models that this frame resembles. The Encore, Oceanic, Strike, Antic, etc....
I wouldn`t sink alot of $$ for resto purposes but it would be a fun frame to play around with.
