I get their promotion emails and saw that. However now and then they run free shipping with 15% off your order promotion including frames and bikes, more often with 10% off with the free shipping. Occasionally they will exempt the bikes and frames from the promotion though. I'm waiting for one of those promotions to roll around again with bikes included to get one of those frames. I have been back and forth between the steel frame and the aluminum one. Been leaning towards the aluminum frame lately since I mostly have steel framed bikes.

No, I 98% sure they were a bike store only Schwinn.

Nashbar runs specials periodically. They will even eventually run another free shipping deal. They've had those frames for quite a while.

I'd call that a good deal. Remember they take the larger 1 1/8" threaded fork and not the older and more typical 1".

The reason I was asking is because I have an 11lb package coming in from Cannondale Sports Group. The only thing it can be is this Schwinn frame.
