A friend gave me this headbadge, and I want to flatten it out and make it into a pin for my jacket. Before I do it I wanna make sure it's not valuable. All I could find out about the company is that they're an early company. Is the headbadge good enough that I should leave it as is?

Never heard of the company, and can't give you a value. But it looks in pretty good nic, might be worth something to a collector from bay city Michigan.

Found a digital copy of a brochure from 1899. Man, I wish I had the bike this headbadge came on! after some Googling, the company was in business from 1892 until 1916, when the plant was purchased by Chevrolet. It's cool as heck, I may put it on a hat so I don't have to flatten it.

Thanks for the brochure link 'Mr Fancy Hat'.
That's actually a great idea on how to keep, show and share the great badge with other enthusiasts until the bike shows up.

I have seen some very big headbadge collections and high end badges, But I have never seen this badge. I'm thinking that's quite a rare and valuable head badge. Id leave it as is IMO.

Nick.
