Need handlebar measurement

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I need to know how wide stock Typhoon, Fleet, etc.style handlebars are. I'd like to pick up new bars and what I think is closest to stock is a Wald that is 23" wide? Thanks in advance.

With the grips on, I measured my original 70's Typhoon and they measured 23 1/2" at the ends. Gary
