Need help identifying the model of this frame.

Being the serial number is on the crank casing it would be pre-1952 I don't see that number in there unless you mistook the first number for a letter. Here's a link to the catalogs and serial charts.

Could also be a spitfire but the paint looks different

Flying star had the same frame but only in 24" and 26" and again different markings

Sorry. I should have mentioned that the frame is a "24 inch. I am pretty convinced that it isn't a Schwinn the more I look at it even though it came up as a 1957 Schwinn when I looked up the serial #1215561 at Schwinn-Cruisers.com. The rear dropouts are straight and pictured in my last post if it helps.
 
I don't think it's a Schwinn either, although the rear dropouts are nearly identical to a pre war Schwinn. Gary
 
OK folks. I finally got the pictures posted up nice and clear. I'm not really big on the picture links so this will hopefully get peoples attention easier and will probably bring me closer to finding out the true identity of my newest find. Any info is appreciated.
