Need help with Monark Rocket 24" boys bike ID

I know it's a Rocket from seeing headbadge before douchebag previous owner removed it.






I also have a near identical 26" version missing rims but with headbadge intact

If that third digit is a 3, it's a '52. If it's an 8, '54. -Adam

It's a 3. So that means 1952? Outstanding! That confirms my own ID made with a picture listed as a 1952. Thank you very much for your help!
