need help with these bikes please

i found this ad onc raigslist and i am ready to pounce on them however ebfore i do i need to ask if my fellow rat rod bikers could help me to amke sure my lsut for vintage rust snt overseeing my thoughts of what they may be worth
what caught ym attention in particular was the steering wheel bars i have never seen these and am curious if they are worth anything
the entire lot is 120 and there is alot of prewar stuff in here just need to convince my wife tis a wise investment

i decided to make an arrangement to get them tomorrow
i couldn't wait lol
im off work this weekend so i emailed the guy he said he will hold them until i get them so their all mine lol
i couldn't control my lust for these beauties

the main one that's got my attention is the Schwinn with the steering wheel bars i have not seen those type of bars before so im baffled as to what they are
