Need Info!! 2002(?) Whizzer

i'm getting ready to buy what ive been told is a 2002 whizzer motorbike from a friend's dad. i have no pics to post yet but i have seen it and it is an authentic whizzer but i want to be sure of the year and model. the serial number is RF4WMCL535P and the number 009503 is also stamped on the frame. any info will help! thanks guys!

Yes, they started building new ones in 1997. They're still turning them out as far as i know.
