What kind of bolt, drop stand, and Elgin; how pre-war; do you have pictures.
Is it the type with brackets that attach to the rear axle, or the type that may be pinned to pierced earlobes built into the frame' drop-outs?
What size (diameter and length) of bolt is needed?
Is the bolt a threaded fastener or more of a cotter pin, or rivet?
36/37 Elgin. The holes are in the dropouts and they have a flair that stops the stand going forward when it is down. See pics. The bolts in the pic are from the Cabe.
