Hawthorne Wingbar Silverking? I think... Seems like they were produced from 37-39 or something. Somebody smarter than me will chime in soon

I think Ceebee built one up, custom though. would cost a pretty penny to source all the orig parts. not sure if they cross over but if you bought a complete regular old Duralume you could swap stuff over perhaps. good forks with the truss rods are run around $100. would have had 24" drop center wheels.

You can run 26" wheels without fenders in that frame. A wingbar is a grail bike of mine so if you decide to part with it please keep me in mind. I have lots of stuff to trade or would do straight $$$

Agree, original build out could be expensive. However, the bikes are of value. Custom build would look very neat as well.

Agree...I'm going to do what I can with what I got! And hunt for pieces for the time being!

If you can find a girl's SilverKing with all the sheetmetal, that might be the cheapest way to get all the parts at once. The fork would have to be altered to fit the boy's frame, but otherwise.
