Need WTB Mongoose Motomag parts

I happened upon a MotoMag frame a while back that had been cleaned and ready for a restoration. It was given to me with the intent that it would be built back up right. I stumbled onto a pair of the MotoMag wheels on an old team Murray yesterday. Ive got grips too.

I need everything else. Whatcha got?

Im starting to wonder if this is a goose. IT still has lots of things that make me believe it is. Either way I picked up a team Murray today with a set of Moto-Mag II's. On another note Ive never seen any of these rims that were an anodized red color. Unfortunately only half of the color remains on the wheels.

It def. is a goose! It should be a "C" not a "G". (Possibly CI3****, making it Sept. '83.)

That rear drop out style was introduced on the 83 model. Also, the Motomag wheel was discontinued after '82 so it wouldn't have been a stock item on your '83.

Looks like an '81-'82 style dropout. Looptails came around by '83. Look at this site for lots of details on further dating:
